Santosh Healthcare Haryana provides the connecting clinical framework for Santosh-branded units and stakeholder-participating healthcare institutions. Each healthcare institution retains its own legal and operational identity. Community health, audiology, hearing technology and academics connect through separate collaborating organisations with defined responsibilities.

An ENT-led system connecting advanced hubs with stakeholder-participating healthcare institutions. Hisar is the current active advanced hub; a dedicated Santosh Advanced ENT Healthcare hub is being developed in Rohtak.

Healthcare institutions in which stakeholder participation and clinical relationships connect local services with the wider ecosystem while each institution retains its own legal identity.
Integrated specialties
Anaesthesia, supportive medicine, dental, maxillofacial and other services participate according to clinical need and centre capability.
Institutional structure: participation in the ecosystem does not mean that every participating hospital is wholly owned by Santosh Healthcare Haryana. Ownership, management and legal identity remain specific to each institution.
