An initiative of Santosh Cancer Foundation, delivered through participating clinical centres including Santosh Advanced ENT Healthcare, Hisar.
Programme
The programme brings together fellowship, observership and structured hands-on surgical training. Learning ranges from foundational ENT skills to advanced clinical decision-making, operative planning, supervised surgical exposure, case discussion and longitudinal mentorship.
Structured fellowship pathways include 3 months, 6 months and 12 months, shaped around the surgeon's level, goals and available clinical exposure.

Assessment, operative strategy, surgical exposure and multidisciplinary coordination.
Imaging review, case selection, endoscopic planning and collaborative skull-base learning.
Hearing restoration pathways and cochlear implant evaluation and surgery.
Selected training participation by neurosurgery, dental and maxillofacial colleagues where relevant to advanced ENT and head-neck care.

Know Your Mentor

The fellowship is built around clinical judgement, operative planning, progressive surgical exposure and long-term mentorship — not procedure counting alone.
Experience across more than 15,000 surgeries, from routine ENT to advanced head & neck oncology, airway, otology, hearing implants and skull-base surgery.
MBBS and MS ENT from PGIMS Rohtak, followed by fellowship training in Head & Neck Oncosurgery at Malabar Cancer Centre.
Advanced training in minimally invasive endoscopic skull-base surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, USA in 2019.
