Patient journey

Assess → investigate → treat → refer when needed.

Many ENT problems can be diagnosed and managed at first contact. Appropriate endoscopy, hearing assessment, imaging, laboratory testing or tissue diagnosis is arranged when clinically indicated.

Patients needing focused rhinology, otology, cochlear implant, skull-base, head-neck oncology or advanced airway care can then move into the corresponding specialty pathway rather than navigating separate services themselves.
